Len is a senior at Beacon High School in New York City. He is deeply passionate about math, physics, and problem solving, with a natural talent for both learning and teaching them. Since joining I Aced Calculus in early 2024, he has become a central contributor to the I Aced Calculus app and co-author of the forthcoming Calculus Prerequisites book, to be published in December 2025. Outside of IAC, he leads his school’s math team and spends his free time solving challenging problems, working out, playing football, and enjoying games like chess and Civ VI. He also tutors students in algebra through calculus and AMC prep, sharing his love of problem solving and clear thinking.

Leonid brings a rare combination of deep mathematical insight and clarity of expression. He supervises the development of challenge problems across our platform, guiding a small team to create original, thought-provoking exercises that build reasoning rather than repetition. His work demonstrates not only a strong grasp of advanced topics but also a gift for structure and logical precision—qualities that serve equally well in theoretical research or technical innovation.
